When you create an account, we collect your email address and the information you provide during the SPARK assessment, DEPTH profile, and other self-discovery tools within 8 Cycles.

We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed by a third-party provider.

If you take the SPARK assessment without creating an account, your result is saved temporarily in your browser’s localStorage under the key 8cycles_spark_pending. This data includes your SPARK archetype, scores, and assessment answers.

This data:

• Lives only on your device — it is never transmitted to our servers until you create an account.
• Expires automatically after 7 days.
• Is used for one purpose only: to carry your SPARK result into your account when you sign up, so you do not have to retake the assessment.
• Is deleted from your device immediately after it is claimed.

You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for 8cycles.health.

We use your information to deliver the 8 Cycles experience: your assessments, your progress, and your AINI conversations. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Conversations with AINI are stored to provide continuity across sessions. They are not used to train AI models. They are not shared with third parties.

We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by writing to privacy@tavaraholdings.com.
